Tradway Furniture offers a two year warranty period on all products for any manufacturing defects that may occur and five years on lounge frames. This warranty period does not apply to accidental or intentional damage, neglect or exposure to extreme weather conditions, commercial or institutional use. Only a limited warranty is available on unfinished product. If you do experience any fault in our product please return the product to your place of purchase with a copy of your receipt. Please note that no goods will be accepted without proof of purchase.
